Terms and Conditions

We aim to provide a stress free service to enhance your very special day.  We have a flexible approach and are always happy to discuss any individual requirements to help make your day memorable.  However, there are some points we need to clarify to help achieve this

 

  • The hire charge period for a two venue wedding is up to three hours

  • We will allow for adequate time to arrive at your venue but if there are delays outside our control we cannot be held responsible

  • Unfortunately we are unable to allow alcohol to be consumed in any of our cars due to licensing laws

  • We do not allow smoking in any of our vehicles

  • We cannot be held responsible or liable for the failure of any 'in car' filming equipment if taken as an optional extra.

  • We reserve the right to use any photographs of your wedding day taken outside wedding venues by ourselves and relating to the provision of our services, for promotional purposes, unless specifically requested not to do so at the time of booking. Photographs will not be passed on to third parties without your authorisation.

Vehicle Access

 

  • We ask that the client ensures that there is adequate and safe access, turnaround and exit for the vehicle/s at all the addresses to be attended.  If access is restricted or unsuitable in any way the chauffeur will stop at the most suitable location.

Passengers

 

  • The client is responsible for the conduct of their passengers

  • The chauffeur may decline to transport passengers if, in their opinion, passengers are unsafe to travel or who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs.

  • Child booster cushions can be fitted in our Fairway Driver Taxi, Grand C4 and Regent Landaulette (please contact us for details). We are unable to transport children under three years of age.

  • No responsibility or liability will be accepted for passengers' luggage or personal property (including clothing)

  • Seatbelts are provided in all cars and all passengers are expected to comply with legislation requiring them to be worn.

  • We are unable to transport other suppliers (e.g photographers)

Additional Costs

 

  • We reserve the right to invoice clients for any repairs, replacements or valeting costs arising from damage to the vehicle caused by the client or their passengers.

  • We normally operate within a 20 mile radius of our base (see map) but are happy to travel further subject to an additional cost.

 

Cancellation

 

  • Although we make every effort to fulfil our part of the booking there may be events outside our control such as a mechanical breakdown, adverse weather or illness/accident  which means we are unable to do so.  In such cases we will do our best to arrange for another vehicle (which may not be the same type or colour as the vehicle booked) or to give a full refund.

  • If we are unable to complete the booking for whatever reason, we will not be held responsible or liable for any consequential losses.

  • We ask for a £100 deposit to secure the booking.  Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the deposit should you later decide not to proceed.
